Jamie Traeger-Muney,
Ph.D.
Jamie Traeger-Muney Founding Principal of WGI specializes
in wealth psychology and Bowenian family systems. Her area
of expertise is the emotional impact of wealth on individuals,
families and foundations. Jamie earned her undergraduate
degree from the University of Michigan and her doctorate
in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional
Psychology.
For the past 18 years, Jamie has worked in depth with individuals,
couples, and families. She believes strongly in a need
to give back to her community and volunteers her time serving
on several community boards. As an innovator in the burgeoning
field of wealth psychology Jamie uses techniques such as genograms
(a therapeutic family tree) to map family values, normative
familial behavior and dysfunctional patterns. She uses
these techniques to compassionately facilitate the exploration
of complex family “truths” (messages that get handed
down through generations) and taboo issues related to money. Her
personal experience as a member of a family business and a
family foundation, combined with her theoretical and practical
expertise in Bowenian family systems, affords her authentic
sensitivity to issues surrounding the intergenerational family
dynamics of affluence.

Rebecca Trobe, M.A.
Rebecca Trobe, Managing Principal of WGI and executive coach,
has worked on the cutting-edge of high performance leadership
and team training, for over a decade. She brings a
breadth of experience to WGI in family business coaching
and has expertise in succession planning, and the development
and implementation of vision and strategy. Rebecca specializes
in conflict resolution, communication, and perception management. She
is currently completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology
at the Wright Institute and received her BA from Sarah Lawrence
College. In addition, Rebecca has completed Master's
level work in conflict resolution and peacemaking in organizational
settings and has recently completed a yearlong intensive
training in team management and leadership dynamics.
Ms. Trobe is committed to the accelerated performance of
individuals, families, and teams in their pursuit of success
and integrity. Her coaching has been embraced by senior-level
executives and teams in several industries, and her corporate
clients include Revlon, Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Laboratories,
JP Morgan/Chase, and Bloomberg, among others. Ms. Trobe
is a trained facilitator and group leader and is uniquely
qualified to assist clients with developing the skills and
mindset necessary to successfully negotiate the labyrinth
of issues related to wealth. The combination of her coaching
skills and her therapeutic knowledge helps her achieve maximum
clarity and results for clients.
