Emily Chase Smith, Esq.

emily chase smithEmily Chase Smith believes strongly in the mission of Wealth Legacy Group. As a twenty-year attorney she has seen firsthand how the breakdown in interpersonal relationships can lead to ludicrous legal actions. Cracks in the foundation happen long before attorneys are called in to resolve issues that could have been prevented at the outset.

Co-author of the forthcoming book Purposeful Prenups, Emily brings to her strong transactional background reviewing and drafting contracts, business buy/sell agreements, estate planning documents, leases, and releases. She takes her understanding of formation of business relationships and documents into the courtroom assisting clients with business litigation, mobile home related matters, quiet title and will contests.

Emily served as an Adjunct Professor for Kaplan University, Hope International University, and Anglo-American College in Prague teaching Legal Research, Legal Analysis and Writing, Legal Technology, Legal Terminology, Ethics, Legal and Ethical Issues in Business, Real Property and Introduction to Law.

Emily is the author of The Financially Savvy Entrepreneur; Navigate the Money Maze of Running a Business published by Career Press and has ghostwritten over 20 books on legal, business, and leadership topics.

Emily lives in Dana Point, California, with her three children, puppy and a garage so full of surf and paddleboards she has to park outside.
